While i'm going to be spending much less time online, I have decided to maintain this writing blog since it is strongly tied in to my goals. So for those that care, you can still reach me here.
The time change this morning threw me. I ended up getting out of bed at 3am instead of 4am - not realizing it until an hour later when it was too late to crawl back under the covers. ~insert grumbling~ However, i did get a new chapter written for the book. Solid pages of a pivotal scene. That was pretty cool and well worth the lack of sleep.
One of the things i used to be known for was my pimping of books. I miss doing that and think that i'll kick off some regular bookpimping again, primarily erotica and romance since those are the authors I know and read. There's also a new e-publisher opening its doors in December and I think a little pimpage is due there too.
Anyway, regarding personal/work life drama, I think I'm figuring out how to proceed. Charli's post on her blog this morning was timely for me. It does come down to figuring out what you're passionate about and willing to spend your time pursuing. Some things, like work, are necessary evils that can't be ignored, but it's how you choose to spend your free time that matters.
