Animal Attraction - Sneak Peek at Charlene Teglia's Next Release

I am very fortunate to have some seriously talented authors among my friends. One of my faves is Charlene Teglia, who writes some hella-kickin books. I always go into spastic seizures when I hear she has a new one coming out. I've been known to growl and threaten people in the bookstores over the last copy. (Ok, totally making that up - but i would if it came to a showdown :P)
Her long awaited (insert heavy impatient sighs) Animal Attractions is due out in March. Here's a blurb she sent me, because i was a royal pain and begged and begged and begged, as well as a link to Amazon where you can reserve your very own copy. I mean come on - Charli and a shapeshifter story? I'm in reader heaven! :D Wanna find out more about Charli? Visit her website and blog!

Chandra Walker always hoped to find out who her birth parents were; she just
didn’t expect the truth to put her in the middle of a shapeshifter war with the
power to determine the outcome, complicated by a forbidden love for two
Animal Attraction - Coming March 17, 2009 to St. Martin’s Press (Trade paperback original)
*ISBN-13:* 978-0312537418

I have me a beautimous ARC (Advanced Reader Copy - for you virgin readers) ready to download to my palm. I'll post my rave about the story and some teasers to lure you into buying it (LOL!) next week. Also - don't forget to check out the posts below pimping Susan's newest book and Rhonda's.

Good Morning Lakota,

Yes, you may. It would be an honor to be listed with so many talented folks; even if a few of them have shall we say nefarious backgrounds. Of course I may be calling the kettle black

I'm not one for 'romance' novels, especially when they claim parents are involved.

Parents don't have genitals.

Don't argue.

But shapeshifters? Sci/fi? hmmm, now I'm interested!

You are about to be removed from my blog roll!!! It’s nothing personal…I’m restarting for 2009 this Thursday. Were you at the top of the list in 2008? If not, here’s your chance to be. A single comment gets you on my blog roll. Keep commenting and you’ll stay at the top. Hope to see you in 2009!
